Some guy who is complaining that Beyonce and the production crew on her video for Why Don’t You Love Me ruined his daily routine by “invading his neighborhood…waking him out of a peaceful sleep at 7 AM.”
So now he’s suing them. For thousands of dollars.
Philip Markowitz claims that the crew blocked his driveway several times a day and he even “missed several business calls while arguing calmly in his driveway.”
LOLs!
A source says “he demanded compensation for the trespass on his property and the inconvenience and delay he had already suffered.”
HIGHlarious! Good luck on winning that one, buddy!

He’ll probably lose because most City bylaws say that noise is ok between 7a.m. and 10p.m. I know as I just put up with 6 days of the city jackhammering out asphalt and using a power saw to cut through decorative brick and I got no where with my complaints to the city.
I can’t wait to see the crew of 8 year old girls’ take on this NEW video.
I’m thinking it will probably be the better of the two, as was the case with ‘Single Ladies’.
I read this on TM….ZZZ the other day and they said that the guy had already received 10 g’s for them using his property. I agree that celebs are entitled assholes that think they can do what they want but if he agreed to it and got his share of the money already then he has no real reason to sue…..
Mr Perez , calling a person delusional in your headline is slanderous ! I hope you can back that up with proof .
If a film crew uses or even steps foot or crosses or blocks your property acess in any way without permission and or compensation you are dead in the water legally speaking and will have to pay up .
I gurantee if that’s the case as I presume according to the article, the films production people will be held liable .
Homeowners , especially those in multi million dollar neighborhoods beleive it or not have rights Mr Perez
A film permit allows filming and always has restrictions and will NEVER allow trespassing or distruption of neighbors or their property , end of story . It happens all the time but the homeowners are entitled parties not the other way around .
Sounds like a pretty inconsiderate video shoot. He could get something, but more in line with the moderate measure of inconvenience he suffered by their temporary takeover. Why didn’t they have people to grease the wheels to keep inconvenienced souls happy so that it wouldn’t come to this? A nice gift basket works wonders, and won’t cost as much as this might.
Honestly, I’d be pissed too. I doubt I’d sue, that seems extreme. But I totally see his point.
Have them Block Perez’s driveway everyday and see how he feels
A little OT but look at the girl next to her in the pic lol She must shop in the kids section
why delusional? in these circumstances people often get payments. most professionals would make sure there was some kind of arrangement in place to compensate people for the use of their street and for the disruption caused. seems they didnt even tell anyone on the street they were going to be filming so no one could plan ahead, then tried to claim it was cos it was a ‘low budget’ shoot when people complained about having their driveways blocked.
I’ll sue you for messing up my quiet time….Shut ur mouth Philip you prick…..Check out HIPHOPNEWS24-7.COM for all the current news updates and the realness….
